About Donna
Stories matter. So do the details that help preserve them.
Good work begins with listening.
As someone who enjoys lots of variety in life, Donna loves sitting down with others and listening to their stories. She has also devoted considerable time to genealogical research for both sides of her family.
Through that process, she has realized how vitally important it is to document the information, experiences, and memories that matter.
Donna is detailed in her research and documentation. In fact, her attention to detail was evident even in high school, when a teacher suggested she consider a career in legal research.
That same commitment continues today. Donna believes in doing things correctly, making sure they are understood, and taking pride in the work she does. When clients entrust their writings to Thoughts & Expressions, she gives them her full attention and effort.
Publishing should be done with completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
Today, artificial intelligence can make a website look incredibly professional and polished, automatically drawing in potential customers.
But Thoughts & Expressions exists for something deeper.
The goal is to make sure the publishing aspect of a writer's journey is done well—with completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
Throughout each project, Thoughts & Expressions stays in communication with its clients through every aspect of the process.
Because publishing isn't simply about making something look good. It's about making sure it performs well, the details are handled correctly, and the client is satisfied with the finished product.
Detail-oriented. Organized. And, yes, she actually enjoys English.
Donna Strong is organized, detail-oriented, and—believe it or not—actually enjoys English.
Honestly, it can be a little frustrating for her to hear news reports, commercials, or speeches where grammar is used incorrectly. 😊
But that attention to language is only part of what she brings to her work.
Clients of Thoughts & Expressions can be assured that Donna will not only follow the rules of English, but will also follow the Golden Rule: treating others the way she would want to be treated.
Clients aren't simply paying customers. They are people who have a story, a need, and a desire to create something they can be proud of.
And the finished product should reflect that.
The author should be proud of the work. And the people who purchase it should be just as satisfied.
Have a story worth sharing?
Let's talk about what Thoughts & Expressions can do to help bring it to the world.
